- ½ cup Sanitarium™ Peanut Butter, Smooth or Crunchy
- 2 apples, cut into wedges
- 2 carrot, cut into sticks
- 2 celery stalks, cut into sticks
- 2 pears, cut into slices
- ½ cup grapes
- 8 strawberries
- ½ cup blueberries
Method
- Prep your favourite fruit and veg and arrange on a platter or store in the fridge.
- Dip or spread with peanut butter for a quick snack.
